The HX22 sand recovery equipment is mainly composed of wash tank slurry pump motor hydrocyclone vibrating screen and storage bin. When it starts working the mixture of cement will be pumped into hydro-cyclones by mortar pump and through the cyclone centrifugal grading a mass of concentrated fine sand are given to the linear vibrating screen for sieving and dehydrating. At the same time a small amount of fine sand return back to washing trough from container and will be discharged through overflow pipe when the wash tank liquid level is too high. Mediation fineness modulus of fine sand moisture content（25%）can be controlled by changing the speed of the pump controlling slurry concentration regulating water and replacing the sand mouth to realize three functions of washing dewatering and grading.
